Our owner went to investigate this issue and found the loud pump to be the booster pump for the automatic pool sweep. It was worn out and old, repairs could not be made so we bid installing a new pool sweep pump. The problem was solved with the new pump.

Our lead repair technician went to his house the same day. He inspected the performance of the Polaris as well the booster pump. It was determined there was a broken hose inside the Polaris unit that prevented water from reaching the drive unit. After he replaced this part the Polaris in-pool cleaner ran good as new.

The owner went to his house to look at his pool for service. He noted it was a smaller pool, needed some work done at the equipment first, and it needed a code compliant main drain cover installed. Thom approved installing a new pool pump and motor, three-way valve, and the code compliant main drain cover. We have now been servicing his pool weekly since our first visit.

Kevin, Sterlings owner, went out to look at her pool to give a proper and accurate bid. She approved the bid and we began work the next day. We removed all of the leaves and algae gunk in the pool, vacuumed, scrubbed and brushed the walls, completely took the filter apart and cleaned each individual internal part (then reassembled), and treated the pool with chlorine (granular and tabs), over the course of a weeks time. By the end the pool had totally cleared up, the algae was gone and they were swimming.

Our owner went to her house to bid a clean up. He said he couldn't see past the first step it is so murky and with the amount of leaves around the pool it may take several days. We began cleaning her pool on Friday and over the weekend. On Sunday we had performed a filter clean, on Monday we went to check the pool. The water was clear and blue and she bought a few weeks worth of chemicals to maintain the pool with herself. All in all, she's a very happy customer.

Our lead technician went out to her house. The pool was running upon arrival. He turned off the pool and first inspected the fountain pipe, it looked to be in proper order. When he looked at the fountain head he right away noticed it was cracked and missing a few parts. He showed Sharria this and she said that ain't right. We had to order the part, uncommon, then completed the repair 3 days later. The fountain works wonderfully now, she said it hasn't looked this good in years.
