Joe is a new weekly service customer. He called to report, "Our pump is running at a louder level, but not doing much. Please come when you can."

Solutions provided:

Our owner went to investigate this issue and found the loud pump to be the booster pump for the automatic pool sweep. It was worn out and old, repairs could not be made so we bid installing a new pool sweep pump. The problem was solved with the new pump.
