Foreclosure Home Pool Renovation in Dallas

This pool sat neglected for six months due to a foreclosure and the City issued a citation to the bank. Although the pool needed to be plastered, the bank would not approve it. That is when Sterling Pool Service stepped in and save the pool.

The "After" pictures show the pool is a little cloudy, which is normal for a pool with the number of chemicals we added. Due to the pool’s condition, we also performed a filter clean because debris and dirty water in the pool circulate through the filter and coat the grids. If it’s not cleaned, it will re-circulate back through the pool defeating the purpose of cleaning the pool.

Due to the legal proceedings, we were not able to go back and get pictures, but we are confident the new owners had a better pool than before.
