Why did the customer contact us?

He contacted us because the pool was losing water faster than normal. Kevin, the owner, went to his house to inspect for any above ground leaks but found none. David then approved a leak detection, that found the source of the leak to be a broken pipe under the patio. We bid repairing this , and patching the deck then he asked to have included the cost for new mastic, Deck-o-seal, around the pool between the deck and coping stones.

He approved all of the work to be done. We broke through the deck to repair the broken pipe and patched to match as best we could. David and his wife were very happy with this. After finishing removing and replacing the deck-O-seal around the pool she was over the moon. They are very satisfied and glad the leak has stopped.
Note: removing and replacing the deck-O-seal is typically done during a pool renovation, not by itself.
