Ken is a weekly service customer of ours. Our owner did a courtesy stop at his house and found the backwash valve in front of the filter to be leaking and the water level at the bottom of the tile.

Solutions provided:

Ken approved the bid our owner put together for him to repair the backwash valve and seal the skimmer throat to stop water loss. He completed this work and the pool holds water as it should.
