Why did the customer contact us?

Kim has been a weekly service customer of ours for several years. She informed us their house was on the market and the wanted a few things done to help with the pool appeal. The mastic (deco seal) expansion joint around the pool is in awful shape, full of holes and separated from the coping and deck. The coping is flagstone, which must be sealed yearly because she has a salt pool.

Solutions provided:

She approved our competitive bid for the removal and replacement of the expansion joint (mastic) and sealing the flagstone around the pool. She was able to sell her house less than two weeks later.
Note: removing and replacing the deck-O-seal is typically done during a pool renovation, not by itself.
