Why did the customer contact us?

He called to tell us that his pool filter pressure was running too low. It was only at 10-20 psi. There were bubbles coming from the jets and no pressure or suction in the skimmer. They put a new seal on the pool pump to fix the problem, but it has not done the trick.

We went to look at it and found all they needed was a filter clean service done. After doing the filter clean, everything worked properly.
