Why did the customer contact us?

We had been doing work for Mike and he called asking about how to get rid of the black algae in his pool.

Solutions provided:

The owner, Kevin, went to his house to check it out. He needed to have his pool cleaned multiple times, then change out all of the cartridges in the filter and add a special treatment for black algae.

We ended up making four trips to clean Mike's pool in efforts to get rid of black algae. He purchased and installed new cartridges in his filter. Then we were able to install the chemical treatment for killing the black algae and make his water clean and blue again.
