Why did the customer contact us?

They contacted us because this is their first pool and the filter sounded like it was running strangely. There were air bubbles coming out of the returns.

Solutions provided:

Our repair technician went out to evaluate the situation and found that the pool water level was too low to run the system. The skimmer wire doors also were stuck. Those problems were taken care of and the bubbles stopped.
