Jim reported that his pool pump no longer had enough suction to fill the pump basket with water. The cartridge system was running at 15 psi over normal. Jim cleaned the cartridges well but saw no change in psi.

We went to evaluate the filter and found his cartridges were worn out and needed replacing. After replacing them, all worked well.
