Why did the customer contact us?

This customer is a long-term customer who uses us for all pool equipment repairs. She told us her filter had no pressure and the pool was so discolored, they can’t see the bottom. Only one jet has bubbles, so the pressure goes up and down. So she bought a new pool sweep and has the system run for 2-3 hrs/day. When the pool pump runs, she sees bubbles from the main drain. She also shocked the pool recently.

Solutions provided:

We did a filter clean and had to replace all grids. The backwash valve was repaired. The customer elected to clean their pool and rebalance the chemicals themselves.
