Tony called and said, "We had a couple of things happen yesterday: 1) When the spa came on, it drained all the way down. 2) The jets in the pool aren't blowing as hard as normal like something is blocking the flow. There's also a powdery residue blowing out of the jets. Can you please come to fix it?"
Kevin, our owner, went out to Tony's house. He found the filter pressure to be almost 30 PSI over what the normal starting pressure should be. Then, he inspected the push/pull valve and all was OK there. Next, he checked the Jandy valves and found two that were leaking. He needed to perform a filter clean to find out what parts went bad inside the filter. Then, he replaced three grids that were torn. In the valves, he had to replace the O-Rings because they had worn out. After performing these repairs, there were no more leaks. The spa held water and the pressure was back to normal.
