Why did the customer contact us?

Terri called us because, "When I turned on the heater, all of the water drained to the pool and I can't get water back into the spa. I'm adding water with a hose right now. But when I turn on the spa, it drains again. I'm afraid it will burn up the pump this way. Can you please come out and fix it?"

Solutions provided:

The owner went the same day to check out why the spa continues to drain. Luckily, what he found was an easy solution. The spa check valve had failed and needed to be replaced. After the valve was replaced, the spa held water and continues to do so.
