Why did the customer contact us?

Rich, a weekly service customer, called because he noticed water gushing from the equipment area and flooding the alley near his home. His son turned off the water but they needed our help.

Solutions provided:

The owner went to investigate and found the filter tank O-ring had broken, causing the leak. He also performed a filter clean and discovered three bad filter grids that needed to be replaced. We replaced the grids and the filter tank O-ring, stopping the leak.
