The client called us to say, "Our pool is losing water. We thought it was the warm winter at first with evaporation being the culprit. Then, the temperature turned cold and the pool still is losing water. Do you perform leak detections?"

Once the leak detection appointment was made, we sent a team to Louanne's house. We found the culprit(s) to be the angled shear descents that are on the pool walls. Our company owner was able to cosmetically repair all three dents with a rapid-setting mortar and the leaks have stopped.
