He called to say the pool is losing water and the water is not circulating. He called to let us know he thinks his pool is leaking and there isn’t much circulation.

Solutions provided:

Kevin, the owner, went to his house and found that the leak is happening through the skimmer throats, and the lack of circulation is due to his filter needing to be taken apart and cleaned. We sealed both of his skimmer throats with epoxy to stop the leaks, then cleaned the filter to restore full circulation/filtration.
