Why did the customer contact us?

Greg told us that, because of the severe hail storms last night, the pool is packed with leaves. The color is green he is not sure if the pool equipment is working properly.

Solutions provided:

Our owner went out to evaluate his pool and also found a leak at the pool pump. He replaced the seal and gasket in the pump and we cleaned the pool. The customer is very happy. He said it looks like the storms never happened.
