Why did the customer contact us?

The customer reports that the waterfall and lights to the pool did not turn on, and the pool pump did not have enough suction. They also want a bid to clean the pool.

Solutions provided:

We installed a new pump motor, seal, and gasket for the waterfall. The pool pump seal plate and mounting bolts had to be replaced. We also found the filter and salt cell needed to be cleaned. After we did all of this, the pool worked perfectly.
