The homeowner said another pool company had added "flock" to the pool on several occasions in an attempt to clear it up because it was cloudy. But the pool was still in bad shape. He tried to vacuum the pool but had a lot of blowback in the pool and now it was just as bad as it was when he first started.

We found new filter cartridges and a manifold were needed. Once we replaced these and balanced the chemicals, the pool cleared up quickly.
