This customer was looking for a full-service pool company that had been in business for a long time. Her present "pool guy" was not reliable. Sometimes he would show up, sometimes he would not. And she would receive invoices for work performed but never approved.

Solutions provided:

Our office manager explained we give written business and always require written approval for services. She liked that. After we evaluated her problems and submitted our repair bid, she promptly approved them. We cleaned and evaluated the filter, installed a new pressure gauge and replaced the heater union O-ring. Then we informed her that her cartridge filters will and tank O-ring will need to be replaced in 6 months and gave an estimate for that work.
