Why did the customer contact us?

The customer just moved into her home two weeks prior and wanted to be shown how the salt system works. The Polaris 280 also had issues and she wanted to be sure the system was running correctly.

Solutions provided:

This customer called to explain that she wants a long-term company to do business with. Her previous pool guy never gave written bids so her invoices were always higher than stated. Our office manager explained how we do business: that we submit written bids for all work or items. She liked that. After we evaluated her problems and submitted our repair bid, she promptly approved them. We cleaned and evaluated the filter, installed a new pressure gauge, and replaced the heater union o-ring. We also informed her that her cartridge filters will need to be replaced in 6 months and gave her an estimate for that work.
