This was a delightful customer that contacted us after visiting our website and reading our reviews. His pool water level was low because the backwash valve was broken.

This customer found us on a Google search and after reading our 5-star reviews, contacted our office. He stated the backwash valve was broken and believed the pool was losing water. After our owner went and evaluated the problem, our customer approved the work to be done. We replaced o-rings in the backwash valve, installed a new handle pin in backwash valve; rebuilt the sight glass assembly in backwash line – included a new sight glass and gaskets; re-plumbed the suction and discharge line on the pool pump. No more water loss has been reported since.
