Right before Christmas, Kristin discovered her system would not turn on. With the freezing weather and the holidays coming up, this was a huge concern for her. She initially called saying she believes her pool motor is out.

After checking out the situation, our technicians installed a new pool pump with the necessary plumbing, as well a dual time clock with freeze guard. A couple of weeks later, she called to report that her pool sweep wasn’t working even though the sweep pump runs. Eventually, we replaced the cleaner bag, water management system filter screen, tail clip, and back-up valve. We also cleaned out the water passages in the Polaris, to make the system work smoothly again.
