Why did the customer contact us?

A weekly service customer of ours, Jim's pool cleaner reported to the office that a filter needed to be cleaned. There is DE and sand-like debris blowing back into the pool through the pool returns.

Solutions provided:

We scheduled a filter clean service for him. When we were doing the work, our technician found the top manifold inside the filter was cracked and broken in multiple places. We got approval to replace the broken parts and reassembled the filter. Everything worked perfectly after this work was done.
