Why did the customer contact us?

A weekly maintenance customer of ours, she called us because she noticed DE in the bottom of the pool the day after we did a filter clean for her.

Solutions provided:

Our owner went to see about this and advised her that we need to replace her pool pump lid O-ring, as well as two drain plug O-rings. Doing this stopped the blowback but several leaks popped up. To completely seal the system, we had to replace four return valves and two check valves on the return plumbing and replace four valves on the suction plumbing at the equipment.
