Why did the customer contact us?

Dub called to tell us that his pool heater is spewing water everywhere and he can't run the pool because the water is green. Also, his timer and freeze guard aren't working properly.

Solutions provided:

A technician went to his house and found that we needed to install a whole new pool heater with a new heat exchanger, new header gaskets, and a new flange O-ring. His timer and freeze guard had been damaged from ants chewing through the wires, we had to install a new time clock with freeze guard combination.
