Why did the customer contact us?

Rob called saying his pool is losing water when the return valve is open. He said another company replaced the check valve, which has not worked, and the spa has been doing this for 2 months now.

Solutions provided:

Our owner went to his house to investigate this problem. He found that a leak detection needed to be done because there were zero visible leaks above ground and no wet areas in the yard that would suggest broken pipes underground. After the leak detection was done, we found that there were several pipes underneath the pool deck that were broken and needed to be replaced. We replaced all of the broken PVC pipes under the deck and that stopped all of the water loss.
