Why did the customer contact us?

The hail storms from early winter caused a lot of damage to our customer's pools and equipment. In particular, Tara's pool and equipment was a mess. The hail storm had destroyed her pool pump and pool sweep pump. It punched holes in her pool filter, as well as damaging the coping stones, deco-seal, deck, plaster, and tile. Her home insurance company paid for a full renovation.

Solutions provided:

We replaced her pool equipment, pool heater, spa blower and fully renovated new the coping, tile, gunite plaster, deck, and deco-seal. This pool looked brand new when we were finished, and she was a very elated customer.
