Linda has been a long time weekly service customer of ours, she called because she's having trouble with the hot tub. It's not heating efficiently and is losing water when the heater cycles on. Previously in the year, we replaced her computer valves that had failed.

Solutions provided:

Our owner went out to investigate and found that the computer valve actuator was bad and needed to be replaced. After this, all of her problems were over.
