Why did the customer contact us?

This is a weekly pool service customer of ours. Asit contacted us because he had a note from this Thursday’s service that our anti-freeze was not working and so the tippers were removed. We are out of town on vacation for the next week and we won't be able to put the trippers back. Can you please have the anti-freeze changed and put back up the trippers today? We are worried about the freezing weather that's coming.
